1. Be a Vet with a tier 6.
2. Be active once a week minimum.
3. Deposit I.R. (boxes) once a month (28 days) minimum.
4. Support your clan.

2. OR Send the following info in-game to an Exec: WoT callsign, Country of military service, branch of service, years of service, specialty (career field).
